With over 14 years of extensive experience in project management and contract oversight of construction projects, Dennis has consistently demonstrated a keen ability to drive organizational improvements and implement best practices. As a proven and motivated leader, he has successfully managed operations across numerous countries worldwide. Dennis is recognized for his superior interpersonal skills, enabling him to adeptly resolve complex contractual, logistical, operational, financial, and personnel issues while inspiring teams to achieve peak performance. His expertise spans strategy, vision, mission planning, finance, budgeting, cost management, and comprehensive program management across construction, basic life support and operations and maintenance projects all over the world. With a diverse background encompassing leadership and managerial roles such as Facility Manager, Project Management Specialist, and Senior Contracting Officer’s Representative at the Department of State, former Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, a police officer with the Lorain Police Department, and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Dennis brings a dynamic and results-oriented leadership style to every organization he serves. Besides his professional accomplishments, Dennis currently resides in Florida and is the father of two lovely daughters. He also holds an AS in Police Science, a BA in Criminal Justice, an MS in Computer Science, and possesses both PMP and Contracting Officer certifications.
